Our preferred method of payment is by credit, debit card or cheque,.
Delivery
We will arrange delivery to your address normally within 30 days of order for all postal goods and 48 hours for Licence keys.
Please ensure delivery information is correct.
Our deliveries are mostly performed by a third party carrier.
Please inspect goods at arrival time to establish whether any shortfall or damage has occurred in transit prior to signing for the goods.
All shortfalls in packs or damages to packing must be reported to us within 2 days.
Shipping Charges
*Shipping charges are an estimate only. Every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of this estimate, but we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges once we package the order for shipment. If you have any questions about shipping charges, please call.
Missing or damaged parts – internally packed in boxes.
We recommend that you fully inspect product as soon as possible. We take every care to make sure that boxes are complete. In the unlikely event of any missing or damaged parts – identify relevant part no/nos and advise us with your order number by telephone. We will normally be able to despatch the relevant parts immediately to you at our cost.
Stock of goods
We endeavour to maintain adequate levels of stock but in the event of an item being unavailable at the time of order you will be advised as soon as possible.
Returns Policy YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
In accordance with current legislation regarding distance selling, your ‘cooling off’ period, during which you have the right to cancel an order, expires on the 7th working day after you receive the goods. Should you wish to exercise your right, we require you to advise us of your intention to return the goods immediately, by email to info@rpfsystems.net or telephone, so that we are aware to expect the goods back. The goods must be returned complete and in a saleable condition with original packaging.
We require the goods returned to us by a safe delivery system in order that the goods remain in a saleable condition. The goods and their safe return are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our office. Customers are responsible for any return transit costs.
A full purchase refund will be made once returned goods have been inspected by RPF Systems and found to be a suitable condition.
RPF Systems retain the right to levy a charge for goods returned in a damaged or incomplete condition.
